Should it be the happy face,
the one that is smiles and laughs
all sunshine and lolipops
good thing no one looks at you

the one that never flinches
all knowing and certain
nothing to surprise or shock
Which face to wear today?
Should it be the thinking face,
the one that is quiet and removed
all distant and thoughtful
no real emotions just facts
Which face to wear today?
Should it be the pleasing face,
the one that simply says yes
all please and thank yous
no demands or requests
Which face to wear today?
Should it be a question asked,
to feel the need to hide
no honesty no truth
nothing that is real or worthy
